Perform any required p-tex repairs
by hand and re-perform step 1. (takes skill) |

Side edge sharpening with water cooled "Grind-Rite"
side edger - this machines also allows variable bevel
on the edge per the customers specific instructions. |

Hand file, detune and debur with a diamond stone. |

Pattern bottom with "Grind-Rite" stone grinder
-- puts the pattern on the base and allows ski to be faster
and hold wax really well. |

Wax with our brand new Wintersteiger Wax machine. (This
is Peter's favorite toy!) |
